United States Orders & Shipping:

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed, most the time however, orders are processed immediately, and shipped same day or next day, which is why we cannot alter or cancel orders after they have been placed. Our customer service is closed on the weekends although orders can still be placed and shipped. 

If you receive free shipping, the estimated time of arrival is 2-4 days, holidays and other factors may alter these timeframes. Due to the nature of the shipping being free and fast, we make no guarantees on when it will be shipped, who the courier will be or when delivery will be made since once it is shipped it is out of our hands and it is free. Rest assured you can know that on average deliveries are 1-3 days!

Customers can also elect to pay $9.95 for Two Business Day Shipping. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be shipped the next business day. If these orders arrive late, please reach our and we will kindly refund your shipping.
