Bromelain and Turmeric
Bromelain and turmeric, taken separately, provide a multitude of positive health benefits. But when taken together, Bromelain and Turmeric benefits reach a whole new level. A systemic review showed bromelain reduced symptoms of asthma and seasonal allergies (6). Animal studies suggest that bromelain may have anti-cancer properties as well (7, 8). Human and in vitro studies produced similar results (7, 8).
Turmeric is a cooking spice often used in Indian dishes. You can find turmeric in flavorful dishes like Curry chicken and yellow rice.
Like Bromelain, Curcumin, found in turmeric, is a strong anti-inflammatory antioxidant.
